Took 45mins to check in in the stifling heat only to find our room didn't have any provisions whatsoever for the heat. No fan, no air con and to top it off, the fridge didn't work so we couldn't even cool our drinking water. Staff (Sri Lankan fella behind the desk) was about as much use as a pair of sunglasses on on bloke with 1 ear. Don't stay here. Be warned.
