The price per room was phenomenal. Most of the staff (with the exception of two young evening receptionist) were friendly and helpful. The hotel could be more attractive if it were better maintained. Safe and hair dryer in room did not work. Although reported, nothing was done to resolve.Some of the walls need repairs and fresh paint. Breakfast served was fabulous. There are no walkable restaurants or shops near by.

When questioned, she claimed the hotel's system was interconnected with the "Receita Federal" for security purposes, and to confirm that I was not a fugitive. However, the option to rectify the incorrect data on the spot raised eyebrows. This raises serious privacy and security concerns. If you value your personal information, exercise caution when providing details during check-in. Nunca estive em uma propriedade tão abandonada de manutenção e tão suja. As toalhas do banheiro que eram brancas estavam com manchas do tipo maquiagem, o banheiro encardido como se nunca tivessem usado água sanitária. Não tinha ameties no banheiro além do shampoo e condicionador de parede, que estavam super encardidos e embalagem desgastadas e sabonete líquido e em barra que parecia um sabão. Não tinha touca de banho e o serviço de camareira tive que solicitar, pois saímos do quarto e quando voltamos ainda não tinham arrumado o quarto e nem limpado, tive que ligar e pedir. O hotel está abandonado e não vale o que cobram de jeito nenhum. O café da manhã é limitado, apesar de ter proteína, pães e frutas, foi o mesmo nos três dias, não mudou em nada. O único ponto positivo foi a equipe muito educada e gentil. Não recomendo este hotel e nunca fiz uma avaliação deste tipo mesmo sendo uma cliente frequente.
