10/10 Exceptional

The room was super clean. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The check-in process was quick. They even gave me a couple water bottles when I checked in. My only preference is that I wish they would clean my room every day but that’s a me thing. Hotel sheets and comforter always gets messy with all the different layers so I like to have it made for me because quite frankly I can’t other than that. Everything was fantastic. I was genuinely impressed and I would definitely stay there again.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel was modern with many state of the art check-in features and technology. I was promised a room ready on time and it was still not ready after 4 pm. I then had to share a room with 6 others as we rushed to get ready for the film festival. The room we tried to get ready in had a non functioning power outlet and we were told there were no power cords available. After 30 minutes of trying to get assistance one was delivered to the room. This made us late for our event
