They staff was incredible during this stay. They assisted us calling various places as we had lost some documents. They were extremely attentive and cordial as well. Very clean, well maintained besutiful older hotel. Room with king sized bed was very spacious including lots of windows that could be opened to the fresh air. Breakfasts were great. Worth the extra charge. Plenty of fresh food and good coffee. Wait staff was very friendly. About 5 minute walk to the middle of town and the inter mountain bus stop. Really a perfect location for hiking different trails every day. Directly across the street from a small but very well stocked Despar grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

This is the second year I have stayed at this hotel, and I really like it. Rooms are very nice, the breakfast and dinner are very good, and the service is good. The location is excellent, being just a short walk from the bus stop and downtown. The only improvement I would make to the room is to add a small refrigerator and hot water kettle, so you can make your own coffee or tea in the room.

This hotel is great on location for the price. We were very comfortable and didn’t mind the old style tub with no curtain. Plenty of room (standard double) and a nice breakfast. Parking is tight behind the building, but it wasn’t high season so we always found a spot.

The property was accessible to the cable cars going to Seceda and Alpa di Siusi. If you oike shops,it’s within the area and Supermarket accross the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and you can reserve your dinner after long day of hiking just speak to the receptionist during the day and their menu changes every night.Not enough parking space in the back however,there’s a parking space about 3-5 mins walk back to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will stay again.
