There was NO WiFi in my room, whatsoever. The spa was NOT functioning, whatsoever. None of this was disclosed prior to booking. If I had known this I would have never booked this hotel. I was mislead by false advertisement and they did not rectify the situation, at all. I wasn’t given the option to cancel nor did they offer a refund. I am beyond disappointed in this hotel and the service. At the very least, give me the opportunity to cancel my booking and receive a refund. I had to pay the full price even though the only reason I booked this place was for the spa and then the WiFi didn’t work in my room, at all.
