We stayed here twice during our stay in Lisbon. The first time, the hotel was great! Front staff were helpful and show you the property. The room was very nice and well maintained. The second time we stayed for one night prior to leaving for the airport. Front desk checked us in and walked us to our room, then an hour later walked into our room with another group to give it to them, apparently forgetting we were already there. In addition, the new room was at the front of the hotel and while it had wonderful views, their was a concert across the street that shook our room that lasted late and the traffic was extremely loud in the front of the hotel. The room in the back had none of these issues - I would recommend but just make sure you are checked in correctly and request a room in the back of the building.

Best way to describe this place is it is a “missed opportunity”. Great location, in a likely once beautiful building-but the good stuff ends there. Very worn, dated, dark/poorly lit (were there actually lights anywhere?!) and a reception dude who seemed annoyed by anyone who approached him or asked a question. Overall not very clean at all in my experience, and most definitely would not stay again. Too bad-this place really has potential-but just a miss ALL the way around.

Fabulous location with many great restaurants and bars within a block or two. The room was clean and cute and the view was great.
