Ao realizar a reserva, o horário de check-in informado no Hotels.com era às 8h. No entanto, ao chegarmos à pousada, fomos informados de que o quarto ainda não estava disponível, o que nos fez esperar um bom tempo até que a situação fosse resolvida. A pousada é simples, mas aconchegante. Os funcionários são educados, atenciosos e sempre demonstraram boa vontade para resolver as demandas dos hóspedes. Durante nossa estadia, houve um pico de energia que deixou a pousada sem luz e acabou queimando o carregador do meu celular, o que prejudicou minha viagem. Solicitei o reembolso pelo prejuízo causado, mas infelizmente não obtive uma solução. No geral, a experiência foi boa, mas acredito que esses pontos merecem atenção para evitar transtornos aos próximos hóspedes.
