10/10 Exceptional

It’s older hotel but spacious and clean. Everything is functional very well. Did I mention A/C is probably the best I have seen in Germany? Location is great, walkable to many attractions and transportation. It’s also on a quiet street which is great. Overall, I would stay here again.

8/10 Very good

The location of this hotel was very close to the train station and near some fantastic Asian cuisine options. The room was fine for what I paid. A little old-fashioned, but I don't mind that. There could have been more facilities on site for a 4 star hotel, like a separate bar area. I was on a stag weekend, so for the purposes of having a bed for the night, it was perfect and quiet.

6/10 Good

Nothing. Extra service is bad for a 4 star hotel. No free water no free coffee no coffee machine in the room. Mini Bar no free. No free water available in the gym.. I was very annoyed. Compared to Leonardo Hotels very bad service for

If you want somewhere modern and trendy this hotel may not be for you, but if you want somewhere that is comfortable, friendly, spotlessly clean and offering a good breakfast then this hotel comes highly recommended.
