This seems like mini apartments for the university students. It is a good location and an apartment for €40/night is very good value.

8/10 Very good

Great studio size, property set over a couple of buildings with main reception/bar etc in one building, the description does not make this clear. Good clear check in, friendly staff. Only negative to say would be that pre check in message I sent asking questions via hotel.com app was not responded to.

6/10 Good

The place was great. Very convenient location and room. Staff were great. The only problem was the smoking area just below our room. As we had to keep our window open because of the hot weather the smoke was entering our bedroom.

The bed was very comfy. Room could do with updating. Full of rowdy people. Made a terrible racket until approx 3am. Would mot return.

8/10 Very good

Stayed here for two overnight stops while travelling. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We even got a small gift for the dog. Secure car parking was available for €7/night which we took advantage of. The room was a little on the small side but suitable for an overnight stay. It was clean & fairly comfortable. It had a small kitchen area though we didn't use it. The hotel was a short walking distance from Dunkerque centre where we found many bars & restaurants. There was also a cinema & shopping centre closed by. Would use again.
