807 & 706 rooms were spacious, very clean, top grade sheets / pillows. The included breakfast was substantial, nutritious, varied and filling. The entire staff were very professional, helpful and provided excellent customer and direction to clarify singagev as I did not speak or understand Chinese. We have zero complaints about this hotel. Room is spacious, clean and quiet. Bathroom is huge and clean. Sound proofing is excellent, we didn’t hear anything from outside our room beside thunder during a storm. The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood on a side street away from traffic and noise. Walking distance to the MRT and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely stay here again.

I often have used this hotel to explore Taipei. It is in the mid range hotel but it provides good enough services and customer service. Very close to a MRT station and easy to mvoe around. To Zhongshan area, you can walk 15 mins or so. Rooms are clean and cozy enough.

We enjoyed the clean, spacious and quiet room, comfortable bed, welcoming and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, and convenient location close to the metro stop. We stayed at the Forward at the beginning of our trip and when we returned to Taipei at the end of our trip we cancelled our booking at a different hotel and returned to the Forward, which was far superior and less expensive.
