The staff were very helpful and really nice to us. The cleaning wasn't so good unfortunately. The floor was dirty even after they had cleaned the room. The water temperature fluctuated from very hot to cold; it was impossible to set a consistent temperature. There was a great deal of noise from the street and nearby hotels. Breakfast was good and their restaurant also very good. It was still good value for money, though.Annoying vendors on Patong Beach.

Was quite disappointed that they didn’t let me know the pool wasn’t going to be open my whole trip, but apart from that it was a great hotel to stay in, was nice and quiet close to everything. The staff were amazing so kind and very bubbly was good to see them every morning at breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here if you like peace and quiet 🙂

I love the location. Hotel staff was very helpful. I had to leave early and reservation manager was very helpful and they gave me a refund on the days I already paid for.
