⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another Wonderful Stay at Lumain Hotel! I’m having a great experience at Lumain Hotel—this is actually my second stay in just 8 months, and once again, the experience has been fantastic. What really stands out is the people and the hospitality. The entire team is welcoming, respectful, caring, and genuinely passionate about making guests feel comfortable. A special mention to Mr. Osam Mansoor, who makes breakfast a wonderful experience with his warm hospitality and welcoming attitude. The breakfast selection is excellent, with a great variety of fresh Mediterranean and European options—you name it, they seem to have it! The shuttle service is also excellent. A big thank you to Shakeel Ahmed, a very caring and friendly driver who is always ready to help and make sure guests are well taken care of. The front desk team, both Omar Farghal and female staff, are equally respectful, friendly, and always willing to assist. It’s clear that customer service is something the whole team takes seriously. I’ve also heard many good things about the hotel’s owner, and after experiencing the service firsthand, I can certainly see why the team takes such pride in hospitality. If you’re considering staying here, give Lumain Hotel a try at least once—you won’t be disappointed! For me, it’s definitely a place worth coming back to. ❤️. I. A
