Stayed here for one night before boarding my cruise and it was such a great place to stay and very convenient location wise. A quick walk to the beach or several little restaurants nearby plus only a quick 10 min drive to the cruise port! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I received a free bottle of wine for my hotels.com benefits, I also had free snacks/drinks in my room as well as free breakfast the next morning! The breakfast is really good! Lots of options and the pistachio croissant is a must!! Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone especially if you’re going to Ravenna to board a cruise.

This is a great place to stay before cruising out of Ravenna. The hotel was extremely clean and close to many restaurants and the beach! You can access it by bus from the train station - it takes about 30 minutes but the bus only comes once an hour. The only complaint we have is that the bed was rather hard, but it was a great value for the money. We also suggest the breakfast- lots of choices. There is also a pool to cool off

The property was very clean, and in good repair. The room was well appointed, with clean, fresh linens and towels. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good, with plentiful choices, and great coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. The one negative was that the air conditioner did not work in the room. Hallways and public areas were cool and comfortable, but for some reason that was lost in translation, the a/c in the hotel room could not be used. This was a real negative, as it was during a warm period that made rest difficult. I would have greatly preferred a situation where the room was comfortable for sleeping, but a little too warm in public areas. I was provided with a fan at my request, and it was recommended that I open the windows, which did not adequately address the problem. One of the specific reasons I chose this hotel was that it had air conditioning. I would not have chosen this place if I would have known it was not able to be used.

Fantastic - we will come back!

This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. I never write reviews but this property which is open all year round deserved my time to do so. Stay here - you wont be disappointed!

Only stayed for one night but we found the property to be everything we needed. The staff was the standout part for me, very very welcoming, helpful and nice. Check in was a breeze (booked through Expedia) and they even held onto our luggage after checkout while we walked to the beach to kill some time for our cruise transfer. The pool area was also nice and the staff sought us out to bring us drinks and snacks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in Ravenna.

I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the cruise port and the good reviews. I think I had a bad luck as I was greeted by a big spider in my room, there was no hot water in the bathroom (which they fixed promptly) and there were no supports for shampoo, soap, towel in the bathroom. My son was in another bedroom, and his was perfect! Breakfast was good though.
