This hotel really surprised me for the better! We mainly booked in order to have a separate bedroom for the kids, but since it was cheap, I decided to book the all-inclusive, not sure if it could really include our dinner. It did and it was good! Highlights: - Best all-inclusive deal ever! Nice food with something for everyone at every meal and self-serve fountain drinks including beer and wine. - The pool area was also nice with a modern stainless steel pool, loungers, etc. (We didn't use the saunas, but I'm guessing they were nice or at least fine.) - In general, the lobby is nice and I really liked the restaurant setup - there is regular indoor seating, but also an indoor-outdoor greenhouse-type area, outdoor seating with a sun cover, and a few tables outdoor in the light. Very comfy. :-) You can also lounge out on the deck in the sun or shade during the day and grab a drink from the food area so it felt very welcoming and open. - Staff was friendly and welcoming Our room was still a WIP, I'm guessing: - Fine and looked like the pictures - generally about what I was expecting, but older oak (?) furniture & typical hotel carpeting. - The bed in the kids' room was really hard - the one in the main room had boxspring mattresses, but the other was okay for kids, but not really for adults - The room had a weird cut with a huge (nicely updated!) bathroom - we had a shower, bathtub, toilet and 2 sinks, plus a second "powder room" with toilet & sink - Huge balcony in our case :)

Stort och rent rum med balkong, bra med parkering utanför hotellet även om det upplevdes som lite dyrt. Maten var helt OK utan att sticka ut varken uppåt eller nedåt. Vi åt aldrig lunchen eftersom vi var ute och vandrade men frukost och middag får godkänt! Vi använde pool och bastu varje dag och uppskattade att det var fräscha lokaler. Men vi har lite svårt för bastu-kulturen som innebär att man är naken.

Hotel poco fuori Kaprun ma comunque in zona comoda. Alcune parti comuni -i corridoi- non esattamente puliti; teli per benessere da chiedere in reception e non presenti in spa, così come sempre vuota la boccia d'acqua nella zona saune. Il personale in generale è gentile e disponibile. La mia camera la sera era poco illuminata (luci e lampadine da rivedere)

Der Eingangsbereich ist neu und stylisch. Mein Zimmer war alt und verwohnt, schlimm und für diese Preislage nicht zu akzeptieren. Der Personal ist bemüht und nett, kann aber beim schlechten Zustand des Zimmers nicht helfen, schade. Das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein, man muss zur Seite gehen um die Tür zuschließen.
