Good spot, within walking distance to everything, many bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. 2 minutes walk to Old Town, and more importantly, 2 minutes walk to Universitate Metro station so you can cover the rest of the city. My room was cozy and the balcony was a welcome addition. Room is perfect for one, tight for two. A bit of initial difficulty getting in the front door, but because they had been in touch via whatsapp prior to arrival, it was dealt with quickly, which was appreciated. Is located on a busy main street, but this could not be heard from the apartment. Would stay here again.

Good location next to old town, room with a nice terrace. There is a weird smell in the hallway and the room like some have mentioned, but not prominent and strangely no smell in the bathroom. Room is on the small end with one side of bed pushed to the wall. Communication via WhatsApp is always easy and quick but not always satisfactory. Only 2 coffee pods for 3 nights and no stocked (first round on the house) mini-fridge like advised. Specifically asked for more non-decaf pods and was given 5 decaf pods the next day and was told by the cleaning lady only decaf left now and no more welcome package in the mini-fridge anymore. The message reply I got from WhatsApp was: “These are complimentary and we can’t control what’s in the welcome package” lol

Clean and spacious apartment with working A/C and a great location. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy. Self check-in was tedious, requiring passport/ID and contact details for every guest. They also tried to charge a city tax that was about 5x higher than the actual rate.

Excelente ubicación , todo queda super cerca . Ni siquiera usas transporte público para visitar los sitios turísticos ya que desde esta ubicación todo está muy céntrico y estratégico. La habitación muy bien de buen tamaño y tenía terraza
