Fiquei no quarto 115, hospedado no mês de abril, que não é muito lotado . Achei a limpeza do quarto, principalmente do banheiro razoável, poderia ser bem mais caprichada, chuveiro precisa de manutenção, jato de água muito espalhado com alguns buracos entupidos. Todo serviço de alimentação e bebidas, tanto no restaurante como na piscina são terceirizados, mas com preços justos e bom atendimento. Café também possui um bom padrão.

Localização excelente, como outros.comentaram por ser próximo ao centro pode influenciar algum barulho da rua, das músicas mas depende tbm da posição do quarto, pra mim foi suportável, café da manhã OK, sem muitas variedades, quarto espaçoso e confortável, o q pode melhorar é o sistema de limpeza aonde vc tem q avisar se quer q limpe o quarto e esqueci e tentei avisar por WhatsApp o q foi em vão ou simplesmente ignoraram minha mensagem, devia ser o contrário se eu não quiser a limpeza q eu deixasse algo avisando, ou o simples papel na porta do quarto funcionária bem.

O local é excelente, os funcionarios são bem cordiais, mas falt manutenção no hotel. Ficamos no apto 308, o ar condicionado estava pingando água dentro do apto. Inclusive a parede esta embolorada. O armário está todo detonado. O suporte do cartão de energia, na entrada do quarto, estava quebrado preso com durex. O interior do apto não condiz com as instalações do hotel. Pre isa melhorar urgentemente.
