2/10 Poor

First of all, the hotel hygiene was terrible the whole week I stay there nobody come to clean the room. Second when I call the receptionist they don’t answer the phone right away, and they took my clothes for the laundry service I requested and they had it for 3 days my room is very dirty and when I ask them they say we only do it in early morning so I stayed in the dirty room which can affect my health and well being. The price was super high and the service was very poor and the worker don’t understand English only Arabic.
