Viagem em família com crianças, eles curtiram bastante. Comida boa, espaço muito bom para aproveitar. Só achei que a parte da brinquedoteca estava abandonada, suja e bagunçada. Emborrachado soltando do chão, ovos de barata e brinquedos espalhados por todos os lados. Os quartos muito confortáveis para a família, foi muito bom e meus filhos amaram a interação com a natureza que o espaço proporciona.

O ambiente em si é ótimo, as piscinas, café da manhã são bons. Contudo, ao chegar no hotel, tive que esperar mais de 1h para entrar no quarto com a desculpa que não tinha quarto limpo (o início do check in é às 14h e eu cheguei às 15:10h. Me mandaram ficar rodando pelo hotel, até o quarto ficar pronto, eu estava com minha esposa e meus 2 filhos, ainda bem que eles entraram na piscina. Já no quarto, quando fomos usar o vaso sanitário, o mesmo estava entupido, pedi na recepção para que verificassem enquanto eu saia para a piscina, quando voltamos para o quarto, só haviam limpado o banheiro, o vaso continuava entupido.
