O ambiente em si é ótimo, as piscinas, café da manhã são bons. Contudo, ao chegar no hotel, tive que esperar mais de 1h para entrar no quarto com a desculpa que não tinha quarto limpo (o início do check in é às 14h e eu cheguei às 15:10h. Me mandaram ficar rodando pelo hotel, até o quarto ficar pronto, eu estava com minha esposa e meus 2 filhos, ainda bem que eles entraram na piscina. Já no quarto, quando fomos usar o vaso sanitário, o mesmo estava entupido, pedi na recepção para que verificassem enquanto eu saia para a piscina, quando voltamos para o quarto, só haviam limpado o banheiro, o vaso continuava entupido.

Quartos confortáveis, estrutura muito boa e café da manhã bem variado. Como sugestão de melhoria, a área das piscinas poderia receber uma limpeza mais cedo, pois pela manhã ainda havia muitos restos de comida da festa da noite anterior. Também senti falta de poder solicitar lençóis extras, já que às 23h20 fui informada de que esse atendimento havia sido encerrado. Além disso, o parque aquático infantil só começa a funcionar às 10h, o que reduz o tempo de lazer das crianças. No geral, tivemos uma boa experiência, mas esses pontos podem melhorar ainda mais a hospedagem.

Ótima estadia para família, quartos confortáveis e limpos. Excelente café da manhã com funcionários prestativos e amplas opções. Os pedidos no restaurante da piscina servidos rápidos e bem saborosos. Foi uma experiência boa, voltarei. A única coisa que eu gostaria de pontuar é o tempo para check in e a fila grande formada, talvez a presença de mais funcionários nesse período facilitaria esse ponto. Ficaria mais satisfeita se fosse petfriendly para todos os portes, não apenas os pequenos.
