10/10 Exceptional

Everything was very clean. Although we didn't use it the Laundry looked very useful and a load cost six dollars, much cheaper than a commercial laundry. The staff were all very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The community kitchen is a great idea! We also enjoyed a game of chess in the lounge area, which is beautiful!

Great hotel, nice decor. Good location but sometimes a little noisy from planes overhead. Worth a visit.

Great place to stay! I loved the room and the shared spaces of the hotel. After hours check in was a breeze as was checking out. Comfy firm mattress and lots of pillows.

The room was clean as was the linen. Checkin and checkout were smooth. The staff were polite and helpful. My only complaint is that the heater in my room did not work. It blew only cold air.

6/10 Good

We enjoyed our stay, however, the airconditioning system in all of our 3 rooms doesn't cool the room at all. Everything else works fine and we're still grateful that they allow dogs in the hotel! We will stay again in the future but probably during the cooler months.

8/10 Very good

Good location, only a 5-10 minute walk to Adelaide Central market and tram line. Another 5 minutes and you’re in the shopping district. The hotel was clean but the room we were in could do with a coat of paint to freshen it up. Kitchen area available for use by patrons but as we were only there for a few days we visited the local cafes for breakfast.
