we stayed Kurort six times this summer(each stay one to four nights). The hotel is situated in a quiet area surrounded by natural beauty and the building still maintains beautiful art nouveau and art deco style interior. Generally speaking, the rooms were nice and comfortable but some rooms were not as comfortable with very small bathroom. Over all, our experiences were very positive and we will definitely go back.

Mösseberg Kurort is indeed decently old but not outdated. Actually it's super cool. The history is a big part of its charm. The building may be flaky on the outside, but inside is very cosy, clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. The staff is superb, polite and helpful, all around at the reception, restaurant, housekeeping, etc. The spa is among the very best we ever visited. Yet we were lucky to be there during low season and the hotel (also the spa) was nearly empty. Not sure how it would feel if the place were full of guests - we should definitely go there again in spring/summer to check it out..

Trivsamt ställe. Fantastiskt god glass. Dock förmörkades vår upplevelse av följande: Vattnet var helt borta på morgonen på översta våningen där vi bodde, grund av något strömavbrott och vattenpumpsfel. Vi fick själva ta upp det med personalen, som upplevdes handfallen. Vi fick själva, efter ett tag och påstötning, föreslå att vi kanske kunde duscha och gå på toa i ett annat rum på en lägre våning där det fanns vatten. Ingen kompensation erbjöds.

Lukta kloak på toaletten och silverfiskar på golvet. Väldigt lyhört. Personalen kan le lite mer. Elbilparkering var fulla då det stod 2 bilar där som inte har batteri. Opraktiskt när man själv har elbil och behöver ladda över natten
