The whole resort is absolutely stunning - the food, the staff, the views, the beach, the activities - all perfect. Such an idyllic location - also so much fun having your own golf cart for the entire stay. We cannot thank the resort enough for such an incredible time here.

We loved this place. It surprised us in the best way and the whole stay was relaxed and easy from start to finish. The public bath was always quiet, which made a big difference. There is plenty of space and it never felt crowded, so you can actually enjoy it whenever you want. There is a wide range of activities available on the property, enough to fill several days without ever feeling you need to leave. The golf carts make getting around the grounds simple, which matters more than you would think given how spread out everything is. The à la carte restaurant is worth mentioning. They serve a fresh seafood bowl for around 19 USD that is genuinely excellent and makes for a complete meal on its own. Very good value for the quality. A property that delivers exactly what it promises. We would return without hesitation.

今回の滞在もスタッフの方々に暖かく細やかな応対、お客様に寄り添う気持ちが伝わってきて気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。ザ・ラウンジ＆バーにて夕食を注文しました、少し料理を待たされることとなりましたが、その手違いを忘れさせるチーフやスタッフさんのフォローに流石、はいむるぶしさんと思いました。今回もクラブラウンジを利用させていただきましたが、ここでも満足に過ごさせていただきました。何度も行きたくなる素晴らしいホテルです。

新しくできたサウナからの眺めはとてもよい。また、水風呂がOutdoorなのにかなり冷たい事も高評価。全般に施設はきれいになっており、海外のリゾートと比べても遜色はない。リゾートの前の海にはサンゴがなくシュノーケリングには適さないので、ビーチラバー向け。

とても敷地が広くてのんびりゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。お天気にも恵まれ角部屋だったかラッキーでした。 疲れた時はカートで食べ過ぎた時は歩いて敷地内を散策しました。フォトスポットにはカメラ台があったのも良かったです。 スタッフはみなさん丁寧かつフレンドリーで気持ちよかったです。 動物にもたくさんふれあえます。星空もビーチでの朝日も素晴らしかった。またご褒美旅で利用したいです、

お正月に泊まったのですが スタッフの対応が良い方と悪い方の差がものすごくありました、 またお正月 3日間の朝食ですが 毎日ほぼ同じ食事でした、 さすがに 3日目はかなり あきましたね(笑) 夜は ビュッフェを2日間食べましたが これもまた同じような感じでした金額は夜8000円と言った金額ですが こちらも少し 料理を変更してもらいたかったです 最後に ステーキハウスですが こちらは良かったです ステーキも美味しく 柔らかく金額の割に 良かったな と思ってます

オーシャンビューバススイートに宿泊しました。天気が荒れ模様でしたが広くて素敵なお部屋で退屈しませんでした。またラウンジスタッフの方のおもてなしが、きめ細かく素晴らしい快適で素晴らしい滞在でした。また送迎スタッフの方にも大変お世話になりました。10年以上沖縄には旅行に行きましたが、今まで宿泊したホテルの中で1番いいホテルです。皆様ありがとうございました！

海や施設がとても綺麗でレストランのビュッフェが美味しい。敷地が広く、水牛などの動物などがいて、カートで散策しているだけでも様々な発見があって楽しめました。 前に妻と2人で滞在したことがありましたが、 今回2歳の娘も連れて再びこのホテルに戻ってくることができて本当によかったです。

リピーターです。リニューアルして楽しみに行きましたが、私は昔のはいむるぶしが好きでした。 他のホテルにはないはいむるぶし独自のいい雰囲気が少なくなり、大人のリゾートという感じになってます。 ホテル内の昼食はランチっぽいものもなく、軽食という感じです。夕食も選択肢があまりない。 部屋は綺麗でした！そして相変わらず自然に囲まれた素敵な場所です。 今後は色々改善されていく事を願います。

２泊の予定でしたが、台風の影響で波が高くフェリーが欠航になり、1泊になってしまいました。次の日早くに島に渡りましたが、ホテルの送迎も有りましたし、チェックインまで荷物を預けて　電動のレンタサイクルを借りてシュガーロードや西大岳等サイクリングしました。でも、地図をうまく活用できず、携帯の地図で回りました。チェックインも２時間ほど早めてもらえました。綺麗な海でのシュノーケリングを楽しみにしてたのに、入ることができなかったのが残念でした。カートを借りましたが、ガソリン臭く、音も大きかったです。他の人の乗っているのは電気だったのか静かなのも有りました。敷地が広く、カートでの移動はアクティビティのように楽しかったです。大浴場も露天風呂が有り、アメニティも充実していました。ショップには水着やお土産も沢山有りました。フロント横にはオプショナルツアーのデスクもあって　いろいろ相談にのってもらえます。ビーチにもアクティビティの受け付けが有って、シュノーケル等のレンタルもできるようです。

小浜島自体は小さな島であるため、自転車で数分走らせなければ飲食店につかず、コンビニもありません。 ほぼ宿に引きこもってバカンスを楽しむという感じの方にはとてもお勧めできます。宿の方の対応も親切で、綺麗なお部屋でした。
