Room and specially the bathroom needs to be upgraded. Looks quite run down. The only things I liked about this hotel were friendly and helpful staff and the location.

10/10 Exceptional

I stayed at Alba Uno Hotel for 2 weeks, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and they even accommodated my special request. The room was immaculate and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a memorable stay. I highly recommend Alba Uno Hotel to anyone looking for a combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

It was a good stay

We enjoyed it! Staff we very friendly and hospitable! Room was clean. Food is affordable. Location is good. Lots of restos around the area. Downside: pillows. Not fluffy and comfy. Nonetheless, it was good overall.

Old mattresses...no support.

The Hotel would not allow a late check out in spite of the fact that we had booked several times in the last month or so. They charged us a full half day for a few hours.
