Hôtel de catégorie moyenne, bien situé, proche du musée Gustave Courbet et du centre d’Ornans. Expérience mitigée, l’accueil ne fut pas spécialement chaleureux, à l’image de la salle de restaurant qui est assez froide et impersonnelle. La cuisine du restaurant est bonne, en particulier la truite de Bonnevaux cuite à la perfection. Notre chambre double supérieure était spacieuse et au calme, un bémol au niveau de la salle de bains dont le bas de la porte était rongé par l’humidité. La literie est confortable et spacieuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner est lamentable, arrivé à 9:20 le dimanche, le buffet était quasiment vide, plus de viennoiseries, charcuterie, fromage et d’eau chaude pour le thé, personne ne semble se préoccuper du réassortiment, alors que deux employées en grande discussion à la réception ne daignent pas saluer le client, tout comme le patron d’ailleurs… la culture d’entreprise de cet établissement ne semble pas mettre le client au centre de ses priorités, c’est regrettable, car la ville d’Ornans mérite largement le détour. Restaurant : service rapide, plats gouteux et de bonne composition. Personnel très présent, toujours attentif aux tables. Accueil et séjour quasi irréprochable. Bonne restauration avec un service rapide malgré de nombreuses tables dressées, efficace (4 personnes en salle), cuisine raffinée, détaillée et gouteuse et ce, même si les patrons n'étaient pas présents. Le petit bémol, sur notre chambre située au 3ème étage, impossible d avoir de l'eau chaude pour la toilette le matin. Spa détente pour les clients de l'hôtel (sauna, hammam, matériels de sport, table de massage et de luminothérapie). On flirte avec la perfection.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé, l'hôtel est très bien, le restaurant aussi et le personnel est aux petits soins. Je mets une étoile en moins pour le bruit généré par la ventilation des cuisines située proche de notre fenêtre de chambre. Rien de gravissime, juste gênant.

Respassa nuori tyttö ei osannut Englantia ollenkaan. Mutta onneksi vanhempi rouva tuli pelastamaan tilanteen ( henkilökuntaa). Huoneessa haisi tunkkainen haju. Huoneessa ei ole ilmastointia, joten oli tukalan kuuma. Oli kylläkin tornipuhallin joka "viilensi" hiukan, onneksi yö oli huomattavasti viileä ja ikkunan sai auki. Joka pelasti yöunet. Aamupala oli erittäin suppea. Lähiympäristön maisemat olivat mahtavan upeat ja joki oli aivan matava ja kirkas vesi siinä. Harmi kun ei saanut mennä uimaan, oli uimakielto merkki. Pieni ja kaunis kylä. Oli erittäin mielenkiintoista ajaa sinne ja sieltä pois koska tiet oli hyvin mutkaisia. Mutta maisemat olivat mahtavat.

Accueil professionnel, literie de qualité, salle-de-bains spacieuse et moderne chambre 200 (sur cour), bonne isolation phonique, wifi ok. Rideau occultant sans voilage. Lampes de lecture. L'hôtel est très soucieux de l'écologie (gestion des déchets, du linge, ventilateur dans la chambre / pas d'air conditionné). Espace bien-être détente accessible le dimanche (hammam, lit de massage, sport en salle). L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant (formule étape etc.).

De passage à Ornans, la Table de Gustave reste pour nous incontournable. Chambre spacieuse, propre et au calme. Diner parfait, de l'entrée au dessert. Peu d attente entre les plats et service agréable avec du personnel disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux si l'on désire. Très bon établissement proche du centre ville. A quelques pas du festival pow wow .Places de parking devant l'hôtel. Très bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Pain sans gluten frais à la demande. Chambres faites tous les jours avec une petite bouteille d'eau par personne à disposition. Très bon séjour avec du personnel accueillant et disponible Un seul petit bémol : Le manque de climatisation pour rafraichir la chambre et un petit frigo serait le bien venu.
