Room and staff were generally great. Our only issue is between expedia and the hotel. We booked a double bed room but when we arrived there was two single beds. I wish this was more clearly communicated to us that there would only be two single bed rooms available. Property was great and excellent having a swimming pool available. Property was a little out of the main town on the other side of the port. But everything was very walkable this location was quieter and felt more relaxed compared to being in town.

Great location with both the beach and the old town being a short walk away. Staff were very helpful and we were able to organise free transportation to the port with them for the day of our departure. Our room and balcony were very small, with no room on the balcony for a table, but we were happy to use the shared terrace instead.

It was just a short walk from the port and we were able to do the walk with our big backpacks and we would do it many times a day. The pool was just amazing. The staff was pleasant and very professional. I really liked that I could put my backpack under the bed. The air conditioning worked very well.

This hotel is fine. Pretty basic but very well located. Our bed in 209 was horrendous. It was a spring coiled bed with no topper so you felt every spring as you (stress) slept. You do not feel rested, but more like you’ve gotten whiplash. Please update the bed. The shower was also tiny with a shower curtain that stuck to you as you showered, no room to apply soap, so you have to turn the shower off apply soap and then go again. Also they do not provide soap etc.. The hotel is clean and safe. The pool is very nice and part reason we chose this hotel (we wanted to have the pool option) The staff were nice and provided extra pillows and pool towels upon request.

The location i great, very close to the beach an still within the city, restaurants, shops, ATM nearby. Ashort walk to the city centre and harbour. The hotel is small, clean, well-kept withvery weøcoming staff. A small pool with a few sunbeds. We stayed in a family room with 4 beds, 2 single, 1 double. AC, soundproof windows, a small kitchenette with the essentials, a makeup- table, 3 chairs and not room for much more- but that's all you need. I would visit them again!

Loved everything about this hotel! The rooms are so perfect with the right amount of space and a little outdoor area to hang clothing. Also, a refrigerator so that was helpful for keeping the drinks cold. The pool area is gorgeous. We sat outside for coffee every morning and really just enjoyed looking at the water. The beach is literally two minutes away, as is the square. You can walk to old town in less than 10 minutes and there are so many restaurants in the area that are delicious and have great prices! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here when I return to Naxos.

The staff were neither welcoming nor friendly. We experienced several issues with them during our stay. They even blamed us for incorrect information on the Hotels.com website even though we had nothing to do with it. Instead of helping, they made us feel like it was our fault. We did not feel welcome at any point during our stay. The owner even told Hotels.com that they wanted us out of the hotel, which says a lot about how they treat their guests. They also charge too much for breakfast, which is definitely not worth it. You can get a much better breakfast for less money in town. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.!!
