Worst place i have ever stayed, bad customer service took for ever. Room 118 was dirty the toilet had urine all over and a cigarrete inside of toilet. The towels were stained with feces, went to tell the manager who send me to room 104 housekeeping who never opened the door until manager went and knock to housekeeper named Carlos who got mad for the towels request , i said we just got the room and dirty towels. The TV was broken supposedly by previous customer but they said they charged customer for the tv but never put a new tv in the room. The heater wasnt working properly just like a regular fan but no heat so i rather turn it off and was cold all night . The two pillows were so small and thin that not even folding them work. Wen leaving the place , went to reception ring the bell and nobody came out so i left the card in the slot and left. Two hours 30 mins later i checked my bank account and they charged me an extra 25 dollars . Worst place ever will never booked in this place again.
