Freundliche Begrüssung, aufmerksame Betreuung mit Upgrade. Obwohl ich auf das falsche Datum gebucht habe, wurde emphatisch gehandelt. Schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht und komfortablem Bett. Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal hier und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Schwumm in der Badi zu machen. ☺️ Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Tolles zentrales Hotel in Arosa

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit grossem Balkon und Blick in die Berge. Super Service und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel hat auch eine sehr gute Lage, zu Fuss ist man in max. 10 Minuten am Bahnhof oder der Talstation der Weisshornbahn. Alternativ hat es 200m vom Hotel entfernt eine Bushaltestelle (Untersee). Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel.
