We enjoyed a wonderful family stay at Soho Boutique Casablanca. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we especially appreciated the penthouse view from the 13th floor. Many thanks to Saydah at reception for her warm and attentive service. The housekeeping, room service, and maintenance teams were also excellent. Breakfast was very good and well worth the 150 MAD per person. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

The property was nice but the general amenities were lacking. We had a 3 bedroom but the hotel would only issue one key. The breakfast was basic but was charged 15eu per person. Over 50% of the room cost for cold cuts and eggs. Ridiculous. Pillows were rock hard. No glasses or silverware was provided in the apt. Coffee was provided but only espresso cardboard cups. We were very disappointed in a beautiful property but then super cheap on everything else...

Hemos estado en otros SO/HO por todo el mundo, pero nunca hemos tenido una experiencia como esta. Al llegar, nos asignaron una habitación que todavía estaba ocupada, por lo que tuvimos que cambiar de habitación dos veces. La habitación tenía mucho ruido y no disponía de ningún amenity. Solicitamos una plancha dos veces sin recibir respuesta. Entendemos que el hotel es nuevo y que algunas zonas siguen en construcción, pero las paredes ya se están abriendo. El servicio y la atención al cliente necesitan mejorar considerablemente!

Séjour au top du début à la fin. Hôtel très propre, chambre confortable et bien équipée. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible.
