8/10 Very good

All was great, only the rooms has no glasses and plates and I believe if they add them to the rooms the hotel would be great. The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect.

Nice hotel in general. Well located. Good attendance of the staff. The only thing to improve is the options of menu at the restaurant. Very few options.

10/10 Exceptional

We enjoyed a wonderful family stay at Soho Boutique Casablanca. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we especially appreciated the penthouse view from the 13th floor. Many thanks to Saydah at reception for her warm and attentive service. The housekeeping, room service, and maintenance teams were also excellent. Breakfast was very good and well worth the 150 MAD per person. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

Very spacious and clean royal apartment, although no table or kitchenware were provided.

6/10 Good

Although it was an apartment, there were no kitchen supplies… no dishes, no cooking equipment, no flatware. Struggled to get a bottle of wine opened.

8/10 Very good

The property was nice but the general amenities were lacking. We had a 3 bedroom but the hotel would only issue one key. The breakfast was basic but was charged 15eu per person. Over 50% of the room cost for cold cuts and eggs. Ridiculous. Pillows were rock hard. No glasses or silverware was provided in the apt. Coffee was provided but only espresso cardboard cups. We were very disappointed in a beautiful property but then super cheap on everything else...

4/10 Fair
