A beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and facilities. Very close to the waterfront and shopping and cafes. The staff were very helpful, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was outstanding. The water views from our room and the bar were fabulous. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Go for the bay view which is worth the extra. High quality but decor is rather dark and dull. Not bright enough lighting in the rooms. Our room had no lighting over the in room coffee machine area (bring your phone). Highlights were Bed, Shower, Skyline Bar and Breakfast, including excellent barista coffee. Service staff were good. Dinner did not impress.

Room was brand new, so definitely spotless. bedding and towels were soft and fluffy. The walk in shower was roomy and excellent. Staff were, generally, very good. When we checking on the Sunday, there was a long wait as I feel that Amber should have not been on her own. Other items was more toiletries in the bathroom. eg. shower caps, combs and spare toothbrush and toothpaste. Also special mention to the Sunday morning breakfast team. Breakfast was outstanding - the cooked offer were great especially the 'creamy' scrambled eggs (how scrambled eggs should be cooked) and the chicken sausages. However the breakfast staff were clearly new and less experienced and were not as attentive as expected in a 5 star hotel.
