Located 200m from the Duomo Square and Linate airport bus. Basic building but great breakfast and very friendly staff. Good value for money. No room safe though.

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Hotellin alakerta oli remontissa, minkä takia aamupala tarjottiin kadun toisella puolella olevassa kahvilassa, mikä oli tosin mukava paikka. Huone soveltui kaupunkilomalle tyypilliseen yöpymiseen.

Hotel Rio för den som vill bo mitt i.

Svårt att komma närmare allt. Bra hotell för den inte allt för kräsne. De renoverade matsalen så frukost åts på andra sidan gatan. Bra mat och god dryck. Nu har vi upplevt Milano. Behöver inte se det igen.

Wir waren bereits zum 3.mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage direkt beim Domplatz ist fantastisch. Die Hotelleitung und das Personal sind überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich, die Zimmer sind gemütlich, die Bäder sind extrem groß( jedenfalls in den 3 Zimmern, die wir bewohnt haben). Der Strassenlärm ist nur bedingt störend, Man fühlt sich dort irgendwie "Zuhause"

Great location.

Can't fault the location and the room was comfortable and clean. No problems with it at all. The very small breakfast room meant waiting on a table 2 of the 3 mornings we stayed there, however, the continental breakfast was fine and the morning staff pleasant. My only problem really was with the afternoon receptionist when we checked in - and each time she was on duty. No pleasantries, no talk at all in fact, and came across as downright rude. I speak bare Italian and she spoke bare English but enough to tell me where a laundry was. When we checked out she was again on duty and proceded to carry on a private phone conversation the whole time. The bill was pushed across the counter, I produced the money, she gave me my change and not one word was said, nor did she look at me. No good-bye, have a nice day, ciao or arrivederci. My rating would have higher if not for her presence.

A modest hotel, room very small. Good bathroom. Very clean. Quiet.

A good experience overall. The huge plus is the location - a minute away from the Piazza Duomo and many tram routes. Easy to walk to a nearby rail station. I explored the canal district - tram No 2 very near the hotel. Good value.

This hotels greatest value is it's central location almost next til "Doumo", shopping etc. Rooms average, but ok. Could easely come back.

Right around the corner from the Dom. Close to public transportation, shopping and restaurants. Friendly personnel. The power went down several times one night. Small but clean. Limited selection for breakfast.

Excellent location. The Duomo

Excellent location. The Duomo is just round the corner, and so is the Metro station. The reception staff just carry out their duty, but they don't give you the impression that they take pride in their work. A simple request to pack a simple breakfast because we are catching an early morning train was turned down. What takes the cake is that when we asked for some bottled juice and biscuits to munch on the long train journey, they wanted to pour us each a small cup of orange juice. They just don't get it...sigh

Fantastic location just next to the Duomo. Metro, Trams and buses at front door. If you have little time and dont' want to travel too much, this is ideal although you have a premium for this privilege. Hotel is acceptable, nothing to rave about.

Nice clean room, Excellent location

Nice clean room, Excellent location (perfect if going to the san siro for football, number 16 tram stops outside hotel and takes you straight to stadium) and price. Good breakfast service aswell, also very easy to get to from Linate airport (number 73 bus goes with 5 minute walking distance). Only complaint is the paper thin walls which means you will hear absolutely everythng happening outside your room.
