The worst possible hotel ever!! Bed bugs in one room. 2 towels for 2 people. One pillow each. One was a pull out bed not a king bed. Bugs everywhere. No ice. No internet and tv worked some. Air worked. The management was terrible. We paid for three days only stayed one cus daughter was sick. Or we would not have stayed. No refund either. Charged me extra to checkin 45 min early and there was not one person checked in. Do not stay here!!!!!

Rundown condition / very odd check-in with Confusion about the Expedia account and the former owner. Avoid it avoid it. Go down the road. There are several others on 19. That is what I will do from here on out. Oh, and did I forget they are asking for cash upfront which is another red flag.

Our room was recently renovated and everything was new. Bath towels were my only complaint! You could tell the place had been recently taken over and it is still a work in progress.

When we arrived to check in the property was extremely run down and unappealing. The room was not even cleaned, ready for us to check in and we did not arrive before check-in time. The man that was running the place could not speak english very well either. When I asked to get my money back he told me that the other room was ready to come see it. I don't know why he would offer a room in the first place that was not clean if he already had a room ready. I was disgusted by the up keep of this location and will never step foot near it again and do not recommend it to anyone else.

I arrived after 6:00 pm. Office was not staffed. Called a number on the door and finally a person arrived. His iPad wasn’t charge to check my reservation. I waited while he went to my room and changed bedsheets? Finally got my reservations confirmed and given a key to the room. Room was ok. No soap so I used my shampoo to wash up before bedtime. During the night a huge bug was in my sink. It jumped into the shower where I smashed it. I regret staying there. I kept my socks on my feet and in the morning they were filthy from the dirty floor.

Worst place I have ever stayed 1) I already booked & paid for my room via Expedia but hotel management refused my reservation and made me pay via Zelle 2) roaches in the bathroom 3) literally a wet stain on the pillowcase - yes it was wet. The pillowcase was horrendously stained 4) booked a room with a king bed but it was a full size, smaller than a queen 5) Expedia listing said free continental breakfast was included but this is a lie. Motel does not offer breakfast. I would not dine here regardless due to cleanliness issues. 6) room was not ready when I arrived at 4pm. Zero other guests were staying here, which suggested none of the rooms were clean. I had to stand outside the room as the management took a mop to the floor. 7) yes there is a tv but no it does not have any service 8) everything was disgusting in my room. The property feels abandoned. Like squatters have taken over and are demanding Cash App. 9) I asked for a room key and he didn’t have one for me. I insisted and he finally got one off a huge key ring I only stayed here because I arrived exhausted from a long day of travel and had nowhere else to go. The office has 10 hand written signs saying no refund, suggesting that many people try to cancel after arrival. I have pics of the roaches and images of the wet stain. I’m on a motorcycle tour for 2 months and before that, hiking for 6 mos and I’ve stayed in 100 motels/hotels/hostels/campground and this is the worst place far.
