Eight miniature shampoo bottles but no soap. We both had different pillows and there were no spares. Aircon didn’t seem to work and rattled loudly all night. Coffee machine but no coffee, just teabags? Shower head broken and kept falling on us. Check in staff were lovely though and very helpful. They even gave us cake on arrival which was a nice touch.

Good apartment in a gentrifying area near Ballard Market and a short walk to Centrale, Via Maqueds, Palazzo Reale, Cathedral etc. Nice people, the helpful receptionist is fluent in English, the breakfast young woman, who also kept the apartment spotless, is lovely. Use the train direct to Palazzo Orleans Reale station 10 minutes walk from the apartment as it’s faster and much cheaper than a taxi on the clogged roads.

The appartment itself was ok: renovated building, lots of space, clean, several eating options closeby... There was actually an elevator contrary to what was listed on Expedia, a nice surprise. My only minor gripes were that the mattress was too soft for my taste and the TV quite small. However, I had two more important concerns which negatively impacted my stay experience. The appartments are actually operated from a hotel located in Porta di Castro (about 200 meters from them). - Check-in must be done at the hotel the address of which is not present in the info shared on Expedia. Not info is visible at the appartment location. Fortunately I was able to join the owner through Expedia messages and ultimately but this was not a pleasant experience, especially since my flight was delayed and I arrived quite late. - The pool is not located in the appartment building but in the hotel at Porta di Castro. This is better than no pool but way less practical and it definitely should have been stated clearly in the description.

Det var inte tydligt att poolen och lägenheten inte låg i samma hus när jag bokade. Det fungerade men var inte optimalt. Vi hade lägenheten med takterrassen och allt var toppen! Tyvärr för varmt i mitten av juli för att vara på den på dagtid.

Det var et absolutt pluss med tilgang på basseng, men det var litt uklart for oss at bassenget er på en annen lokasjon enn selve leiligheten. Siden dette er en familieleilighet, hadde vi satt pris på noe mer utstyr for enkel husholdning (en kniv, et par asjetter etc). Aircondition bør utbedres da lyden fra denne var forstyrrende på natten. Leiligheten hadde en god beliggenhet med gangavstand til mange severdigheter.

Väldigt fräsch och ren lägenhet med mysigt läge mitt i gamla stan. Man får dock vara medveten om att kvarteren är slitna och smutsiga men det är en del av Palermos charm. Observera att lägenheten ligger ett par hundra meter från hotellet där man checkar in. Poolen ligger också i en egen innergård på baksidan av hotellet men du kan gå förbi receptionen och få poolhanddukar. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, visade vägen till lägenheten och höll bra koll på poolområdet. Erbjöd dryck och snacks medan de ordnade med incheckningen.

Chambre dans un immeuble rénové. Grande chambre avec 3 lits. Le lit 1 place très haut pour un enfant.manque d’équipements, pas de quoi se faire un café…(pourtant il y a des tasses dans la chambre 🤔 Clim HS le premier soir, elle a été remplacée le lendemain par une Clim mobile. Piscine situé dans l’hôtel dont dépend l’appartement situé à 3 minutes à pied. Piscine fortement appréciable et agréable.

Har allt man kan önska sig. Vi stötte på lite bekymmer med en luftkonditionering som lät men det löstes genom att vi fick byta rum. Man märker att personal har hög omsorg kring sina gäster och gör vad de kan för att de ska trivas. Ja, skavanker finns men inget den opetige bryr sig om.

Virkelig en skøn oplevelse. Vi blev taget godt imod på det meget charmerende hotel og vist til vores fine lejlighed med den skønneste tagterrasse med udsigt over byen. Vi kommer gerne igen og anbefaler andre at benytte den. Super central beliggenhed med alt i gåafstand.
