Hotel staff was very professional although while checking in, they made us wait uncomfortably for some minutes while they discussed something in German which we didn't understand, before acknowledging we were there standing and in need of service. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant one. The hotel location is excellent because it is right across the central train station and the mall. Also, the hotel provided a free coffe and bus pass if guest want to see the city throughout the duration of your stay.

Ok hotel, average I would say. The area is a little rough with lots of addicts and shady people lurking around. Expensive to park. No coffee at the rooms and no filter coffee in breakfast, which is weird since the hotel is operated by some kind of Barista company. You would think that they’d at least served proper filtered coffee and not only vending machine ”espresso”. But overall - not bad / not good.. wouldn’t stay here again. Staff is friendly and helpful though!

The check inn took forever. Our room was crooked, felt like a hill from the door to the corner of the room. The bathroom was full of spiders and limescale. The carpet looked dirty. The crib was poked holes in the sides. Nice staff.

Super Hotel, es war schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten. Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen und uns wurden alle Annehmlichkeiten, die gemütlichen Sitzecken, der Aufenthaltsraum mit kostenlosem Kaffee und mehr gezeigt. Auch das Zimmer war mehr als nur gemütlich, gute Betten, genügend Stauraum und ein schönes sauberes Bad. Am Morgen konnten wir ein gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück mit vielen frischen Produkten genießen. Ein Hotel direkt am Bahnhof das auch für längere Aufenthalte in Kiel geeignet ist. Das ganze digitale Anmeldeprozedere hat mich als ältere Person abgeschreckt, aber es hat schlussendlich geklappt.

Hotellet ligger godt placeret lige ved et stort center og station samt en kort gårtur fra gågaden med primark og tk max. Værelset var okay kun 1 pude til hver men sengen var okay dog ikke en dobbeltseng men 2 enkelsenge slået sammen til en. Værelset var stort og rummeligt, aircon virkede ikke og når man tændte lys på toilet så larmede det virkede et stykke tid. Ikke særlig mange parkerings pladser. Meget søde og smilende personale der hilser pænt og en dejlig morgenmad.
