Clogged sink, stinky room: extra heavy chemical fragrances trying to disguise the horrible sewage odors emerging from the bathroom. Double that with extremely heavy chemically scented bedsheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was absolutely miserable. The scrambled eggs were a greasy fluid smelling like chicken (yikes!)

Hotel bem localizado e perto de comércios e de fácil transporte. Custo benefício bom. Mas, para quem busca mais conforto e variedade no café da manhã, talvez não seja a melhor opção. Obs.: o serviço de limpeza e arrumação no quarto durante os dias de estadia, deixou a desejar, pois o quarto não foi bem limpo tampouco arrumado.

O ar é modelo antigo mais funciona, inclusive o aquecedor. Pelo valor e localização está bem Ok. O ponto ruim foi a limpeza do banheiro, parece que só passaram um pano e limparam o vaso( o box estava sujo inclusive com cabelo no chão e paredes e tinha um produto de cabelo que foi esquecido pelo hóspede anterior)

Pontos negativos: limpeza PÉSSIMA...Vários pontos de sujeira no chão, o banheiro fede, a cortina estava mofada e a "limpeza" feita durante a estadia se resume a colocar mais papel higiênico e tirar os lixos, porque o chão continuou sujo.

Bom, precisam melhorar a manutenção dos elevadores. Nessa manutenção é necessário levar em consideração o uso diário a quantidade de pessoas que usam. Entre dois ou três dias em que estive no hotel o elevador deu problema. Em momentos distintos os hóspedes ficavam aguardando na recepção, aumentando a concentração de pessoas na área de espera. É claro que a manutenção foi acionada, porém, mostra-se ineficiente quando o problema parece estrutural, o que demanda uma atenção redobrada para mexer na estrutura que causa o problema. Outro ponto: melhorar a identificação para saída de água quente/fria nos chuveiros. Tive que mandar mensagem e ir até a recepção para perguntar pois a identificação era pífia.
