Honestly, one of the best places I've stayed in Mexico City! The room and building are wonderful. However, the slight downside is the check-in process. It took quite a bit of time as you have to do an extra layer of check-in (a form they email you then you get a code), and the front desk person does not speak English so well. More like an apt doorman, than a hotel front desk. And leaving luggage for storage was a bit of a challenge – I was told there was no space, so I had to use Bounce to keep my luggage at a nearby spot. Just a head's up, that the front desk is not like a real hotel. However, the room itself is very nice! One of the best. Very new and clean. There was also a decent kitchen. The location was a bit north of everything I was interested in but convenient enough. Great stay overall. Just a little hiccup with check-in.

The only thing is that check in was just a bit complicated because you get a pin instead of a card to open the door and I had trouble finding the pin in my email.. it could Just be me but I’m used to the key card to open doors! Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the place staff was friendly. Rooms were clean at some point, just needed to go a little deeper under the sofas, we found a lot of dust and even a dry peace of lime. Place is spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it! Just one thing, there were two guys at front desk and none were helping with my luggage since there’re stairs from the street to get down to front desk.

I gotta say, locating is great. Really clean and nice. Staff is amazing they go the extra mile. Things i didnt like was we only had hot water to shower for like 10 min and then super cold, no sheets for the sofa bed and only 1 control for the 2 tv's. I would rent here again and i do recommend it

The water situation was atrocious! We had to schedule showers in increments of 30 minutes for a party of 4 adults as that was how long it took to get hot water. Equally, I had to text to get toilet paper, clean towels etc. I requested an extra blanket and was told I could only get ONE. We were provided with an 8 by 10 small heater. Despite this, the location of the hotel was a huge plus. The metro and other eateries were near by. Edgar in the front desk was the only pleasant person I encountered ;(

The apartment was great, modern, quiet, comfortable bed and well equipped. We stayed 5 nights. We had to ask for the floor to be cleaned:: building work downstairs had created much dust. There was an unpleasant smell of grey waste water in the bathroom. After some experimentation, we discovered that by pouring water down the drain under the sink, the water lock seemed to do its job. We also had to ask for more toilet paper and for the garbage to be cleared. It would have been nice to have one change of towels during the 56 day stay. . Very nice staff.

This a mixed review, while the facilities are great, modern and set on the right direction, the staff they have is terrible, at least their security department; rude and with no sense of privacy. Mexico has one of the worst policies regarding data protection, they will TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR ID, and refuse to delete it for “security reasons”. I’ve been from pole to pole and never seen this procedure, so your data is out there for everyone in their circle, these people don’t look like they will maintain the building secure even if it was invaded by kids. Awful treatment by them. The facilities are great, the around area is well located but the experience suffers from their awful staff.

It was an incredible stay. This is a very nice hotel, with large spaces, we'll equipped kitchenette, large balcony and bathroom as well as dining and living room. Communication was too notch. Staff was kind and attentive, and the location is one of the best with a lot of options for food, shopping and fun, within walking distance. I'll be back again.
