Great location for Luton airport without having to spend over the odds for staying at a hotel within the airport grounds. Excellent communication prior to arrival with all the information required. Will certainly stay here again if flying from Luton.

Self contained unit. Clean and tidy. There was tea, coffee. Easy to park and also pairs to stay parking while on holiday which was cheap and easy.

We stayed at Garden Studio last night and what a lovely little retreat it was! Everything was thoughtfully provided, with those extra touches that make all the difference, including tea, coffee, milk in the fridge and even cookies! 🍪 The self-check-in process was effortless, and the communication was second to none from start to finish. The studio was lovely and peaceful, and we had a fantastic night's sleep. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended! 😊

Absolutely fabulous for an airport over night stay or even longer. The garden studio was just perfect for arriving in the early hours as we received comprehensive check in information from the host via videos and messages. Very secure behind locked gates with free parking and only 3.5 miles from Airparks. The studio was a real home from home with lots of thoughtful touches. Everything has been thought of from extra bedding, spare heater, fan, refreshments and toiletries plus so much more! The microwave, fridge and pots were perfect for a late lazy breakfast. We would highly recommend the Garden studio and hope it’s available when we next fly from Luton.

As described all perfect no fake advertising, great location and free parking. Clear and easy access as well into the property. Quite and peaceful private area. Will book again in future again.
