I had a great stay here - the bed was so comfortable with nice soft pillows, and they had a free to use washing machine and drier which was great. The staff were so helpful, one helped me order a phone charger online when my foreign number wouldn’t work. I would definitely recommend!

Staff was great, they used a translator device to answer our questions. The bathroom situation is a bit odd. For rooms with one bed the bathrooms are fully private. For two beds, however, there is a huge window with a thing that’s supposed to blur the view in but it’s doesn’t cover the whole window and where it does, it doesn’t blur the view into the bathroom enough. Makes things a bit awkward with the person you don’t want to even share a bed with…

Excellent Stay – Wonderful Staff! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and it was cleaned thoroughly every single day, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. Overall, the service was outstanding and the staff truly made our stay enjoyable. I got a basic single bed room. It was small but had everything I needed. Light switches could be controlled by the unit right next to the bed. Bottled water and slippers were available in-room. Toothpaste/comb were provided at check-in if you needed it. Lots of dining options in the area. It was walking distance to the metro station (good if your luggage isn't huge or heavy). They could also hold your luggage after check out.

The hotel had some positives to it. But would like to highlight that the location is a bit far from the Metro and city centre. Attentive and accommodating staffs and the housekeepers. Sometimes at night there was a weird pungent smell going around. Overall 8/10
