This is the 2nd Spark Hilton hotel I have stayed in. Most of my stays are for 1 night and then I move on to the next location. For the price you get a modern room with all the basic amenities (desk, plugs in the right places) comfotable bed, clean and workable bathroom.For me these and Carlisle South will be a Go To hotel. I am impressed

This was my first stay in a Spark and it was a very nice room. It seemed new and was very clean. I did not use any amenities and besides for checking in, I did not have any needs for the staff. I will stay in these properties again

The staff were all professional, polite, and friendly... just what one hopes for in the service industry. I cannot give the hotel a 5 star rating purely because it is a middle tier hotel without the level of expensive quality and services provided at higher end hotels. Having said that, it is precisely what I needed (economical, comfortable, and meeting all of the basics) in the middle of a long and exhausting motorcycle trip.

We had a very good stay for the price at this Spark. Staff were excellent and everything was very clean. Breakfast was a typical "on-the-go", nothing special there. Coffee and tea are in the lobby 24/7, but the coffee was weak and not great, unfortunately. Parking was easy and close. My one big complaint was that I grabbed a breakfast sandwich from the "pantry" area that was marked at $3, but when my checkout receipt came in my email, they charged me $4 for it. I'm not going to press the issue since it's only a dollar, but do watch your receipts! Would otherwise very much recommend this hotel.

The staff member at check-in was polite and helpful. He assisted when I had issues with the television, offering to change my room, and providing snacks at no cost to cover my inconvenience. The morning staff was not as helpful. When the new tv had similar issues, this staff was rude and stormed out of my room when I attempted to explain I'd just dealt with similar issues the night before. Along with this, the property itself was very dirty, trash covering the grounds outside the hotel. Not the level of customer service one would expect from a Hilton affiliated hotel.

Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Heater unit sounded like a jet engine when it was running. TV wouldn’t turn on, didn’t bother to call the front desk about that. Room was on side of I81 and could hear traffic all night long.

The unit had been updated, and the bathroom was very nice. The electric outlets didn't work (glad I brought an extension cord!). New paint on the bathroom door was chipping. The room was clean and the bed was nice. Staff were pleasant. My departure was delayed because the PA state room tax had to be paid separately.

Located in Carlisle off I-81. Good and bad. Easy to find. Restaurants near by. Extreme traffic noise 24/7. Big trucks racing by all night. Since the exit is right there, trucks use their loud engine brakes to slow down. The hotel advertises breakfast, but a bird couldn't survive on what they offer. The coffee was good though.

Easy in/out for a quick college reunion trip. Front Desk Andrew was amazingly helpful when I left something in my room, he quickly retrieved it and I hope to see it in the mail here in California soon. I would recommend staying at Spark to any of my college friends!

The room was bright and big, and the hotel was easy to get to. But the halls were dark, the breakfast offerings were minimal unless you wanted to pay more, and when we discovered in the morning, before we were dressed for the day, that we didn't have towels, we had to go get them rather than anyone bringing them to our room. So we ended up feeling not particularly relaxed and not exactly like we'd gotten a good deal.
