The environment was fantastic great drinks great food at the restaurant the chef greeted us fed our family of 7 even after we arrived late the pools were perfect the games were liked but the view speaks for itself weekend was very busy there was a wedding but week days felt like we had the place to ourselves because it's so spread out looking forward to trying the other two hotels

Really only had one issue. The room we had was the closest to the karaoke pit and it was super loud until 10pm. You couldn't even make a phone call in the room. Staff did move us to a different room at the other end of the complex and it was fine over there. Just something to ask about when you book the room in case you need it to be a bit quiet for business/personal calls, watching TV, or whatever. Other than that it's a fun place to hang out. Beautiful views, great activities, etc.

The hotel did not offer enough activities for kids as advertised, which was disappointing. Breakfast was very repetitive every day, only bread, ham, cheese, and a small cupcake. On the last day, the food quality was poor: the rice was overly salty, and the chicken chicharrones were very hard and difficult to eat. Overall, the stay was average, but improvements are needed in food quality and family-friendly activities.

The staff was great! They were ready to resolve any problem on the spot. It is a very unique family hotel with everything on site to make it an enjoyable stay. The architecture of the hotel is amazing! The hotel is has hills within the grounds. It is on top of a mountain so the surrounding views are unique in all directions. Planning and building this hotel was performed with an amazing architectural design. Children and adults have plenty of activity daily and nightly. Years ago when I first stayed with my children the one pool was the main attraction. Now there are many attractions, 2 pools, child play areas, bowling and other family attractions. For adults there is a bar with Karaoke or music performers nightly and a very good restaurant on site. My wife an I enjoyed listening to the music at night. The music stops at 10:00 PM. People who want a more quiet experience can stay in rooms which are at the back side of the hotel. Basically there is something for everyone. The rooms in the back of the hotel are quiet with a balcony in the rear of the room. The rooms in the front of the hotel face a pool, the bar, the restaurant and more. The balcony for these rooms are on the front of the rooms where most of the activity is. My wife and I enjoyed the front rooms and the nightly activity enjoying it from the balcony in front of our room. We will stay here again. The price is reasonable so it is a good find.

The place is beautiful, and based on the pictures, it looked like a family-friendly place, which is why I booked it for my wife, our one-year-old child, and me. However, our room was located directly across from the live music stage. The live music continued until 11 p.m., which made it very difficult for our baby to fall asleep. While we enjoyed the appearance of the property, this made the stay challenging for us as a family with a young child.
