Our stay was not pleasant. The Hotel does not live up to expectations. It is not a 4 star hotel. Our check in was at 12:00, we arrived at 1:30 pm and it took them 40 minutes to check in and then they informed us that there was no room available. We were only able to get into the room at 4:00 pm. We were with children and it was complicated. When they released the room, there was no sheet on the bed and the floor was dirty. The shower only ran cold water, only the other day there was hot water in the shower. Breakfast to be desired. The parking lot has a very bad entrance, cramped and internally very difficult to maneuver. The entire staff is very slow to provide service. I do not recommend this stay

Travesseiros horríveis, muito barulho no quarto, acredito que seja da caldeira deles, ducha ruim, o hotel deixou muito a desejar, com o mesmo valor tem hotéis muito melhores, minha 4ª vez em Maceió, foi a primeira vez que fiquei no Mercure, sorte que foi apenas por uma noite, pois voltei de Japaratinga e ficamos uma noite pra pegar o voo pela manhã no outro dia, a experiência não foi boa, não condiz com a rede Mercure, aliás que o Ibis Style ao lado é muito melhor, já me hospedei lá em outra oportunidade. Pelo mesmo valor tem hotéis muito melhores na Pajuçara. Eu e meu marido quando vamos ficamos em hotéis diferentes pra conhecer, esse realmente não recomendo. Valor da diária alta pelo que oferece. Não dormimos nada durante a noite com aquele travesseiro duro e o barulho dentro do quarto. Café da manhã normal.
