Good location. Breakfast spread was very good. Great executive lounge experience too. Bed was not as comfortable as I suspect it’s time to be replaced. We went from a king suite to a larger twin suite upgrade. The staff came moving the two beds into one but was a bit reluctant to add a topper till we insisted. The quilt was also not changed and we kept having two double quilts for the entire stay - a bit weird but not uncomfortable. I was just a bit surprised as this is below Hyatt standard. Everything else was pretty pleasant - they provided kids slippers & toiletries which were very cute. The room size was great and location was also top notch - every convenient to go everywhere.

Convenient Location The hotel is about a 5–8 minute walk from Chunxi Road Metro Station, making it a convenient choice for travellers who prefer exploring by public transport. There are also many shopping malls nearby, such as IFS and dining options within walking distance. 2. Excellent Housekeeping The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the tea and coffee supplies were replenished regularly. The housekeeper also paid attention to small details, such as ensuring the tissue box was always well stocked. These thoughtful touches were much appreciated. 3. Check-in and Check-out Experience During check-in, the staff attempted to upgrade us to a suite at an additional cost, even though we had already prepaid our stay through Hotels.com. We politely declined the offer, and the check-in process continued smoothly. It is common for hotels to request a security deposit at check-in. However, we were surprised that the required deposit was RMB 3,000, which we felt was relatively high compared with our previous hotel stays. At check-out, the staff provided a receipt confirming that the RMB 3,000 deposit had been released and advised us to contact our credit card issuer if there were any issues with the refund. While we understand that the actual refund timing depends on the credit card company, it would have been reassuring if the hotel had explained the expected processing timeframe more clearly.

I'm so glad I chose to stay at this hotel. Excellent on every single aspect and I honestly can't really think of anything negative. Room is very clean and cosy and has a great view of the main road and IFS. Staffs are super friendly, professional and responsive. Breakfast and the lounge happy hour awesome!!! Coming from california, we needed a place to stay that was close to the center of town and all the activities and shops and food stalls just to experience the life of the city. I do not speak in Chinese but my companion did which was really really important because even at this great great five star hotel not everyone is necessarily trained for International travelers by speaking english. However everyone did their best, fantastic job to make sure our stay was wonderful and I would happily stay in this fantastic five-star hotel again especially considering the price in comparison to hotels in California.
