Lovely hotel with great staff

Lovely hotel, with lovely staff, basic but clean comfortable beds. A little noisy one side sure to traffic on main road, other side (where daughter was) could hear planes from 5am. Great location though.

Great hotel

Whenever I stay south Manchester, I always book here. Great friendly staff, fab rooms (room 2 my favourite:) And a welcome gift is such a nice touch
Pete, 1-night trip

Price good reflecting basic hotel. Dining options Indian restaurant only, no breakfast and hotel is not licensed for alcohol

Old Couple!!

Bit confusing looks like an Indian restaurant from the car park not a hotel. Hotel clean but very dated and worn out. Beds comfortable room adequate for the price. Arrived early 1.30 not 3pm. The man on reception said he would allow us access as we were ‘Old’ !! 66 and 74 !!! Good that we have a sense of humour!! On the whole you get what you pay for. Staff helpful

Too hot

Internet fine. Bed comfortable. Friendly staff. Room was far too hot and we were unable to cool it down before sleeping so spent an uncomfortable night with a fan blowing hot air around.
Christine, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Friendly welcome from staff. Room was basic but clean and well presented. A welcome bag with toothbrush and snacks was a nice touch. I used this hotel as it was 15 minutes drive to MAN airport and I would recommend it.

Very enjoyable stay

We stayed in a very lovely triple room, loads of space and very clean. Bathroom was spotless and staff were very friendly. The receptionist was brilliant and took a shinning to our 8.5 month old son. If I had to be picky we didn't have any towels in our room nor teaspoons for coffee. But a quick trip to reception fixed that. That thank you bag is a really nice touch. The hotel is on the flight path to Manchester airport do you can hear the places flying overhead but it's not too bad. The Indian restaurant in site was very good. The waiters also took a shinning to our son. Highly recommended.

Staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Lovely, light private room with comfortable king size bed and nice en-suite bathroom. Good price for double room a in convenient location. Also next to lovely park! Recommend!

Fantastic. End Of!

Smashing hotel. Staff are amazing. Clean, tidy & well maintained. Have an onsite Indian restaurant, it's in our top 5 of Indian (UK) resturants of all time. Great menu, lovely food, staff are just the best! They dont serve alcohol but they encourage you to bring yiur own, and tgere is no "corkage". Soft drinks are serverd though.
Ross, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Clean, easy to find and plenty of parking. I’d probably have wanted to pay less considering and comparing to other established brands in the area. It’s on the flight path into Manchester airport which made it noisy with the window open on a hot day.

Cheap and ok

It's ok if you just want somewhere to sleep for the night.pretty dated and basis, but then it's cheap as chips.... Staff were very nice
Mark, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff were friendly and the welcome pack in the room was a nice gesture. Took a while to find the receptionist at check in and WiFi and I had to go back as WiFi password wasn't in the room. I discovered the following morning that there were no shower items, soap, shampoo etc. Kept going to reception until after 8am to get some but it was in darkness and the access door was locked.
Martin, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Was given wrong room at first service ok but not informative of room details no details of fire evacuation and other essentials or local details No breakfast available Broken toilet flush No plug in sink Toilet roll holder insecure on wall
Lisa, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good size room, spotlessly clean, bathroom too. Shower a little weak but no dramas. Main downside was it's in the main flight path for Manchester airport but I'm a heavy sleeper

Staff very nice, nonsense, extra goodies in the room which was a nice touch

BANG average. Poor check in experience. Hotel run down and tired but fairly clean and prices were cheap to reflect the hotel's standards. Heads up, no alcohol license.
Matthew, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very courteous reception lady, rooms were clean, ample parking available. We were here for 1 night and very satisfied with overall service. There are small issues like cups, kettle was unclean or dated. Bathroom Taps did not had enough hot water
Sandeep, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The was older , but clean and well presented older style rooms. However there was no catering available and no staff before 8am, which was inconvenient as that was after I would leave for work.
Iain, 3-night trip

A nice clean hotel good for 1 night stay
