The hotel is in a traditional Naples street. This is a good thing, as it's more authentic. You can sit on the balcony and watch the locals go about their day. The street is safe, clean and close to main roads. But once you enter the premises it's been totally renovated and they have done a great job! It's clean, spacious enough, and the decor modern and attractive. Much nicer than the American hotels rooms I am used to. The two young gentlemen I spoke to were very keen to help ensure guests get settled, and were very attentive to making sure we were happy and comfortable. They asked if we had any questions about the hotel or anything else and were more than willing to assist. They also spoke perfect English, which was very helpful coming from the US. The cafe for breakfast was great and near by. Overall, we had a great experience.
