Beautiful newly opened property, very close to a couple of subway stations for easy access. The staff are all wonderful and very nice. Just don’t stay with anyone you don’t mind seeing shower through the frosted glass wall from the bed area! Lol. Otherwise, would definitely stay again!

Walking in from the cold, greeted by friendly staff and the offer of cheesecake bites and a glass of bubbles. Yes, please! Bed was comfortable, room felt both hip and clean, and food was pretty solid in the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Very easy walk over to Brooklyn Paramount if you are staying in area to hit a show. Also very easy access to public transit.

6/10 Good

The staff is really friendly and very accommodating for the most part. I asked for a chair to be removed from my room that clearly had someone else’s bodily fluids on it, showed a pic to the front desk, and it wasn’t removed. I had to change rooms for AC and cleanliness issues. I’d say the general state of cleanliness isn’t very good. For a new hotel, it’s kind of falling apart.

I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, which is something I always pay attention to. The room and bathroom both met that standard and felt well taken care of. Check-in was smooth. The digital key made everything quick, and the staff walked us through the process clearly. They answered all my question and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. The room works well for one person or a couple. It felt comfortable and had a slight luxury feel without being over the top . Noise was not an issue. At most, I heard light movements like a chair, but nothing that affected my sleep. The location is also a plus. It is close to Downtown Brooklyn and the Barclays Center area, which is convenient if you have plans there. There is a resturant in the hotel that I heard good things about, and there are plenty of food options nearby as well. I would definitely stay here again!!

Just outstanding customer service from the moment that we walked in. The experience was extraordinary. Not platinum type lip service, just kind, empathetic and helpful people. From delivering us a toothbrush at one in the morning to extra snacks in the middle of the night, to allowing us a late checkout so that we could have an early lunch with our son before e left. Moreover, the restaurant breakfast was a five star experience from a food perspective. It wasn’t super fancy, but nice and comfortable. The food was off the charts. I was so blown away. I asked to meet the chef, John. We ended up engaged in a lovely conversation about food, and his commitment to delivering fresh savory unique meals at every level. We ended up being gifted with two tiny little cheesecakes, a perfect memory of our stay at the Livingston. Thanks again, Michael for accommodating us and to the night team for their kindness.
