8/10 Very good

Nice, newer hotel. Staff were great! Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Great location with very nice restaurants and historical downtown all within walking distance. Drawback was having an electric plant right next to the property. Planting trees would create a good buffer between the hotel & plant.

I am very picky about hotel rooms. We brought our dog and I was expecting the pet room to be the typical, stains on the chairs etc, but this room was so clean and the bathrooms were very clean.

Walking distance to highlights of downtown St Augustine. Make time for the distillery next door and Fish Camp is a must. The tour trolley picks up next door at Distillery as well. Pool and Gym were a plus. Walk down to any of the nearby cafes for great coffee.
