From the moment we stepped into the lobby to check in we were greeted with a smile and a hello from the Hotel Director to the Housekeeping crew each day. Very attentive to every need. Great location, quick walk from the pier into the heart of Downtown. Will definitely stay there again or try another one of their properties.

One reason we like to stay at the Atwater is because they keep it spotless clean all the time. The lobby is large and beautifully appointed and so relaxing with comfortable sofas and chairs and ice water at the ready 24/7. The rooms are very clean as well and this hotel has an elevator which is a welcome amenity. The staff is very friendly and eager to help with any questions, directions etc. The area reserved for light breakfast items is also always clean.

Great location in the heart of Avalon. Walking distance to everything. Very accommodating with keeping luggage and allowing use of amenities before and after checkout to accommodate ferry arrival and departures.

I will stay at this hotel again. A huge plus was we arrived early and the staff did not hesitate to find us an available room. We stopped in to see if they could hold our bags for a few hours before check in and they immediately found us an available room which I did not expect, that was a huge plus, we appreciate the staff for that especially Bay who was the one who helped us. The rooms were clean and the common areas were aesthetically pleasing. The location is right in the middle of everything and close to casino point.
