Location was great for so many things! Check in was seamless even though we booked last minute. The apartment was HUGE! So much space for our family of 5 and every room had its own bathroom so we never felt like we were on top of each other. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Super good location, brand new apartment. Highly recommended. Perfect for our family of 4. Brand new, premium home. The only thing to highlight is, the rooftop is only available for penthouse and the rooftop views too, and not if you book any other apartment. There were some mechanical issues in the flat such as the front door keypad wasn’t working the first few days. Also, the dryer in the unit does not work. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the elevator was down the first few days. Otherwise, the flat was welcoming and in a great location, it was clean and the attendant was very polite and quick to help when he could.

First of all, we paid extra for an apartment with a balcony, and we did not recieve that. Secondly, we had to carry our heavy luggage up 4 flights of stairs because the elevator wasn't working. They did rememdy this and get it working later. It was designed pretty, and the bed was clean, but the floors and walls were GROSS. There was chocolate stained all over the floors and walls. I'm guessing and actually hoping this was chocolate. There was tons of hair on the shower floor and under as well as in the vanity drawer... I cleaned the shower up myself. Hotels.com asked me for feedback about check-in and I commented to them about some of my concerns and they said they would pass the info on to the manager. So, I was hoping that they would come in the next day and clean the floors. They did not. Before we booked the place it was impossible to get in touch with them if we had quesitons. They wouldn't respond to my questions. We also booked this apartment so that we could cook, but the stovetop didn't work. Dissapppointed. Also, in order to sleep I put my face a the foot of the bed because the constant air would blow through the furnace onto my face.
