Here for ACL weekend. House was perfect. Very nicely decorated. There were four of us. Three got the rooms and one on the couch but it worked and it was comfortable for all of us. There aren’t any fans in the rooms and I was worried about that so I brought some from home but the ac worked well and honestly we didn’t need them. Location is also good. It’s a very quiet neighborhood occasionally we would hear the train but it was very peaceful night and day. The only negative things I have to say are there seemed to be not enough outlets. Could be the small house or maybe we just had to much electronic junk but I would bring an attachment that provides extra outlets just in case and maybe some throw blankets for use on the couch. Other than that this house was fantastic and we had a great stay.
