The check in process, whilst easy enough to use the machine, was poor due to the fact that it stated our room wasn’t ready, well after the 3pm check in time. We waited around for another hour and in that time we saw no staff cleaning rooms still. The room also had no tv remote and it took over 24 hours for them to get back to us about our request. The room itself is well equipped and modern. The walls are thin, the bed is very hard (although if you like that then you’ll be fine) and it is stifling hot, with very limited options to cool it down. The location was excellent, positioned incredibly close to two metro stations.

Rummet var rent och fint, allt man behöver i ett kök fanns för 2 personer (endast 2st av allt), samma gäller toalettpapper och disktabletter. Vi bodde bara i 3 nätter så detta räckte för oss. Vi bodde högst upp med en ganska stor balkong men det fanns inga stolar eller nånting att sitta på för att kunna utnyttja den. Det var 30+ grader när vi var där och det fanns absolut ingen luftkonditionering i rummet så man fick fly boendet så fort man klev upp för att det blev så varmt. På kvällen fick vi sova med alla fönster öppna för att få det någorlunda svalt. Det var väldigt mycket oväsen i området utanför, folk som skrek och smällde, polisbilar med sirener minst varje halvtimme (hotellet ligger nära en polisstation). Har inget att klaga på utstyrseln då det var väldigt fräscht och smidig in- samt utcheckning. Ett Lidl fanns lägligt bara nån minut från boendet med allt man kan tänkas behöva. Läget var obehagligt och i en sämre del av Hamburg med människor som låg däckade här och var runt om, hade inte vågat gå ut ensam på kvällen.. Kontaktade hotellet flera veckor innan via hotels angående parkering men fick aldrig något svar så vi fick lösa det själva, betalade runt 600kr för parkering i ett garage i närheten 3 nätter. Passar dig som är tuff och van vid värme annars hade jag valt ett annat hotell!😃
