Everything was the best possible. The room, the food, all the places to discover on the property and the activities. What we liked the most was the welcoming attitude of the staff. They were always sunny and concerned with the details of our visit.

The food is exceptional, from dinner to breakfast. The property itself is spacious and offers a variety of leisure activities and entertainment options. The spa is also excellent.

Charming swiss chateau style hotel, nestled in the woods of the Mantiqueira mountain range, clean and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Campos do Jordao city center, and yet vey close. Staff was super friendly and polite, going above and beyond to serve well and make us feel welcome and at home. Excellent dining options within the premises of this beautiful property. Paradise for nature enthusiasts and bird watchers
