A very clean property with excellent views and a restaurant downstairs that serves a very good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and polite. La Savina is a beautiful and safe place, and we will definitely be back. Be sure to visit El Tiburón if you want to enjoy one of the best views on the island. This restaurant is located inside a natural park, and you only need to pay a small entrance fee to access the park. The food is excellent, and the views are breathtaking. The owners, Arnold, Monica, and Carla, are extremely friendly and provide outstanding, high-end service. A true paradise!

It was my second time staying here. Extremely clean flat, with modern decoration and all the equipment to cook :) the mattresses are comfy, and is in a quiet area. I slept really well. Walkable distance from supermarkets and port, and a few minutes from Illetes beach. They change the towels everyday, and the staff is very nice and attentive. I will come back here !! Thank you

A minha experiência neste hotel ficou muito abaixo do esperado. Logo no primeiro dia percebi que o chuveiro do apartamento tinha um problema grave: a água praticamente não saía. A única forma de conseguir um fluxo razoável era colocar a temperatura no máximo, mas a água ficava tão quente que era impossível tomar banho sem queimar a pele. Informei a recepção no segundo dia. Foi enviado um técnico, que confirmou a necessidade de substituir o chuveiro. No entanto, durante a reparação, foi danificado um cano, deixando o apartamento sem condições de utilização. Como consequência, na última noite tive de arrumar todas as malas e mudar para outro apartamento, localizado fora do hotel. Foi um transtorno completamente evitável. O apartamento do meu irmão também apresentava problemas: havia restos de comida do hóspede anterior na kitchenette, evidenciando falhas na limpeza, e o ar condicionado não conseguia arrefecer o quarto porque está instalado num corredor. O mais decepcionante foi o pós-estadia. O hotel reconheceu o problema e informou que faria o reembolso da última noite. No entanto, passaram-se semanas sem qualquer pagamento ou resposta às minhas mensagens. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou marcada por problemas de manutenção, limpeza, conforto e, sobretudo, pela falta de assistência e de cumprimento do compromisso assumido.

Las habitaciones en muy buen estado, el personal del hotel muy amable y servicial, especial mención a Valeria por su dulzura y amabilidad. La ubicación perfecta para recorrer la isla en transporte publico, evitar el colapso de coches y cuidar la isla evitando la masificación de vehículos, las emisiones que generan y los desperfectos que suponen al entorno. Alles sonst super, toller Ausblick von unserem Zimmer 208 auf das Meer. Pool auch vorhanden. Supermärkte fussläufig. Tägliche Reinigung. Leider sehr schlechte WLAN-Verbindung. Keine deutschen TV-Sender !
